All our stores reopen on May 11 at 11 am.

Our e-shop is open as always and we offer free delivery in France and Belgium.

Preparation of your orders

In regard to the exceptional circumstances, we have significantly strengthened our safety rules in our warehouse in order to guarantee a secure preparation of your orders:

  • Our teams are reduced to the very minimum in order to respect the imposed distance between them,
  • All shared equipment is disinfected several times a day,
  • Customer visits and any physical contact with the delivery staff has been prohibited.

We are taking into account daily updates from our teams on site and evolutions on the situation to ensure a safe preparation and delivery.
Please be assured, that we follow the WHO guidelines in order to contain the spread of Covid-19.
Yet, these exceptional measures have an impact on the preparation and delivery times.
We thank you for your patience and your understanding.


Be insured, that our delivery partners do their best to deliver your order by strictly respecting hygiene and safety regulations. Therefore, Colissimo has opted for "No contact" home delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility to modify this shipping method yet, as it is imposed by our partner, but we'll keep are customers informed as soon as possible.
Delivery times will be impacted by the restrictions put in place worldwide. A few days are to be added on our usual delivery times. Unfortunately, we are unable as of today to give you precise deadlines.
We assure you that all deliveries are being maintained, except in areas under total lockdown, like Italy and some cities impacted by the shutdown of their delivery system. If your city is affected by these restrictions, you won't be able to place your order during the lockdown. You will be notified when filling in your shipping details on our site.


In regard to the exceptional actual circumstances, we will not consider the legal return deadline of 14 days. Any orders placed during the lockdown may be returned within 1 month counting from the end of the lockdown. Customers having placed their orders between March 13th 2020 and May 11th will therefore have the possibility to return their orders until June 11th 2020.
